•The Age of the candidate should not be more than 35 years as on 01-01-2012.
•He should be MBA in HR (full time) or Masters in Labour Studies (full time) from reputed Institute/University (approved by AICTE), preferably possessing LLB degree with specialization in Labour Laws.
•Must have 3 to 5 years experience as Manager -Human Resource Dept. in a reputed Co-operative / Nationalized / Private Bank or Financial Institution.
•The incumbent will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR functions like Compensation policy, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliances, Performance Management System, Training and Development, Staff Welfare and other relevant aspects of Human Resource Management.
•Candidates who fulfill the above mentioned criteria are advised to apply online only. No other means / mode of application will be accepted.
