It is a traditional device which is used for computation of data. Quantum computational operations were executed on a very small number of qubits (quantum bits). As a Bit is represented by either 0 or 1 similarly qbit represnts a one, a zero, crucially or any quantum superposition i.e 4 states. Quantum computing are traditional form of computing so it is based on transistors. By this transistor it was possible for the first time to calculate parameters: of materials and their requirements in critical points absolutely precisely (without introducing correction coefficients). There were discovered temperatures for metal - semiconductor phase transitions and superconductor phase transitions. These transistors have low power demand since the power supply in such transistors does not exceed 0,3 V and the currents are determined by groups of electrons.

electricity can passed..with out wires ...but is possible by using two magnets..but is for only less distance...and cost also very..high...in my b.tech i saw one paper presentation...
